Travis Walk is an approximate 100,000 square foot, three-story series of buildings with extensive on-site subterranean parking. The restaurants include such institutions as Zizikis (Greek), Villa-O (Italian), and Fernando’s (Mexican). A new world-renowned New York-based French bistro will soon be open as well.. Pilates, personal training, fitness, and top-of-the-line spa/hair services are also part of the retail lineup. Other professionals include cosmetic dentistry, an optician, architects, attorneys and a student learning center.

The office component has a wide variety of tenants including local entrepreneurs, professionals, and boutique businesses. High tech tenants include companies that are both national and international in their origins.
