Travis Walk

4514 Travis Street

Travis Walk is a unique “integrated use” project located in the Knox-Dallas shopping entertainment zone located between Uptown and the Park Cities of Dallas.

The Knox area always has a new restaurant, shop, or event to explore; the streets remain as charming and walkable as they were decades ago.

The Knox area blends past and present in an unforgettable destination.  For 100 years, friends and family have gathered at the Highland Park Soda Fountain. In 1948 the Weir’s family launched their furniture store on Knox Street. Today these neighborhood favorites have transformed Knox Street into a true district and home for tenants including:
Restoration Hardware; Crate & Barrel; Apple’s state-of-the-art showroom; 4510, a premier boutique destination; and home décor showrooms of Sur La Table, Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Jonathan Adler, Nest, and many more. See www.knoxdallas.com

Travis Walk is an approximate 100,000 square foot, three-story series of buildings with extensive on-site subterranean parking. The restaurants include such institutions as Zizikis (Greek), Le Bilboquet (French), and Georgie by Curtis Stone (American). Pilates, personal training, fitness, yoga and top-of-the-line spa/hair services are also part of the retail lineup. Other professionals include cosmetic dermatology, architects, and attorneys.

The office component has a wide variety of tenants including local entrepreneurs, professionals, and boutique businesses. High tech tenants include companies that are both national and international in their origins.
